As an ambitious player, I have been taught a few valuable lessons while betting over the decades. It doesn’t matter if you prefer to betting at the ‘bricks and mortar’ casinos or the numerous online casinos. Here are my golden rules of wagering, many of which may be thought of as common sense, but if abide by they will help you go a long distance to departing with money in your account.
Rule 1: Go to a casino with a predetermined sum that you are willing and can afford to risk – How much would it cost for a night out on diner, beers, entrance charges and tips? This is a great value to utilize.
Rule two: Do not pack your credit card out with you – or any way of drawing cash out. Do not worry about cash for the taxi if you throw away all your cash; most cab operators, particularly the cabs hailed through casinos, will take you to your apartment and will be more than happy to wait for the money when you get home.
Rule 3: Stay to your predetermined limit. I always think of what I’d love to buy if I win. The last time I was able to go, I determined I would really would love to purchase a new digital SLR camera which cost around $400, so that was my predetermined threshold. As soon as I achieved this amount, I quit. Just walk away. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself tells you the upcoming number for the roulette wheel, pay no attention to her and quit. Leave comfortable in the knowledge that you will be proceeding into town and buying a great new toy!
Rule four: Have a good time. When you’re "energetic" you usually will win. It is a reality. I don’t understand why, but it really is. As soon as it feels like a chore, or you are simply betting to make money you have lost, you will certainly lose more. When you are succeeding, experiencing a great experience with your friends, or your boyfriend, you will certainly win even more.
